Our grandfather Otello Ceci had a passion for making quality Lambrusco that appealed to everyone. Now the rest of the world is catching up.
80 years later, our family business remains committed to making Lambrusco that is versatile enough to be enjoyed on its own, chilled, over ice, or as a cocktail and enjoyed in whatever type of glass you want.

We work with small, local growers to select the perfect grapes for our Lambrusco. We've curated a network of over 400 sites that allow us to source a complex combination for layers of flavor true to our home in Parma.
Otello Ceci owned a beloved trattoria in Parma, Italy. There he served regional favorites including Parmesan-Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma. But it was his wine that stole the show.
Honor tradition but never become bound by it. Be fiercely passionate and equally generous. Value creativity, originality and fresh perspective and above all, never, ever stop innovating. Our great grandfather Otello Ceci lived by these principles.

Otello Ceci is a remarkably refreshing sparkling red wine. Slightly effervescent with notes of ripe strawberry, raspberry, dark plum and violet. It is medium-dry and full-bodied, with a smooth, velvety texture.
Pair with other classic Parma dishes like Parmesan Reggiano cheese or prosciutto. Our Lambrusco also has the perfect relationship with pizza.

Created to honor Otello Ceci and to reintroduce Lambrusco to the world.
Otello Ceci Lambrusco is versatile. It's great chilled, on ice, or in one of these amazing cocktails.
Add ingredients to an ice-filled highball glass and stir together to combine/chill. Garnish with paired fruit.
Add ingredients (except Otello Ceci) into an ice-filled shaker and shake together to combine/chill. Pour into an ice-filled glass and float with Otello Ceci Lambrusco. Garnish with orange rind.
Add ingredients into a large wine glass filled with ice and stir together to combine/chill. Garnish with an orange wheel.
